"Management at this location is the worst no one is ever in the office how do they expect to do business when office is always closed. I've put in applications they have taken my app fee , but can never get a answer. Owner must not know of the staff that is placed there representing them they are not capable of handling this type of work. Owners please ree-valuate your staff they are holding you back. Too bad there isn't negative stars this place doesn't deserve any positive stars at all."
"Current apartment manager is really rude , doesn’t care about tenants, doesn’t investigate reports just listens to first come first serve , had a friend who’s downstairs neighbor always reported him for making noise when he’s legally blind and has adhd and other issues , all she said was “that’s not my problem” she’s terrible and this place woulda been better off if diana was still there if you wanna get treated harshly and unfairly this is the place to go just ask for the apartment manager ;))"
"My mom has been a resident at Stonebridge for almost 2 years. She hasn’t had any issues there since she moved in. I do have to say that the office staff, specifically Diana, has always gone above and beyond with helping us with anything that we needed from her. I don’t live in Plainview, so anytime I needed a form filled out or signed she was always quick to do so. She was also very communicative when documents were needed to assist with processing her housing assistance. No words can express my appreciation. I have yet to meet someone with her customer service skills and kindness."
"These apartments will rip you off and steal your money. The whole year I was there, they kept adding on fees, wanting me to pay them but could not explain what they were from. Now that I've moved out, I am only getting $50 back from my $400 deposit. And I made sure my apartment was clean. something needs to be done."
"These were very nice apartments cery clean and they seemed to be recently built. I only got to see the 1 bedroom but was very impressed. 2-3 bedrooms are also available. Swimming pool and police officer residents for extra safety. Its also very close to the wal-mart and convienant stores."
