"All of the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mara and Sharon. Rooms could use some work, but the bed was comfortable and the price is probably the best in town. I heard some customers complain of slow drains, and I did think that it was strange to have a kitchenette but no dishware or utensils, but walmart isn't far if you plan on staying an extended time."

"Well, I stayed here for a windmill project going up to Claude, TX. I can’t complain too much. The room was a pretty good size. The cabinets were nice. The bed was comfortable. There were any bugs and that in itself is amazing for Plainview. I did have a light go out in my bathroom that didn’t get repaired for 3 weeks prior to me leaving. It wasn’t really a big deal to me but certainly was an issue. The price was reasonable. Sharon is amazing. She was very helpful when I needed something. It felt pretty secure and nobody caused any problems or anything. No disturbances of any sort. The internet sucked most of the time. Like everywhere else that is, so no real shock there. There is a liquor store next door for all you raging alcoholics out there. No DUI necessary, it’s within walking distance. 4 stars on that. I would recommend some new furniture but unfortunately people do like to destroy hotels stuff so I can’t really hold the feng shui against them. All in all it was a pretty decent stay. Value was there. It is a bit out of town but you can order delivery for whatever you may need. I would recommend this as a good option for extended stay."

"Easy check in, lots of parking, young woman at the desk was super nice and explanatory. Room was clean, lots of TV channels, decent wifi, nice comfy bed. Great place to stay after a long drive! Also pet friendly with a small pet fee. Incldues desk and chair for those working from "home"."

"Definitely worth the money for a budget hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was some broken tile in the bathroom and torn carpet, but for the price it didn't affect the stay. It was very clean. Pretty quiet room and attentive staff. Right off the interstate in a spacious area."

"First few days were good. Then come Thursday I went to extend my stay and the young lady charged my card to the wrong room. I told her it was fine and she said they would put the money back on my card . First I was told it would take 3-5 business days. Still no refund to my account. So I called and then was told it would take 5-7 business days. Still no refund to my account. Just called and was told “NO SIR” it’s gonna take at least 10-15 business days. And up to 30 for a credit card. Damn sure quick to take your money but blame it on the bank if you don’t get the payment back in the time they FIRST told you. Also we had to keep asking for new towels. And most time they didn’t look clean so we bought our own. I wouldn’t recommend this place for the life of me."
