"I love the staff at this Clinic! They are very thorough and make sure I understand everything. I have had my SCS for just over a year and they went the extra mile to get me connected with an Abbott rep even though I had not mentioned it when I made the appointment. In discribing where I was having pain Marc indicated that I probably needed an adjustment and he was absolutely right. The rep was able to make several adjustments and I walked out of the Office feel 200% better. They really listen and care!"

"Dr. Wisler was wonderful. I felt like he asked all the right questions and really listened to me. I came to Advanced Pain Care for a second opinion since I was unhappy with the first Orthopedic office I went to. I'm glad I did because their treatment path is much more in line with what I expected with my injury. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and expect to be back to normal in no time! I would also like to mention that the X-ray technician was absolutely wonderful and made the second half of my appointment really enjoyable."

"I suffer from multiple degenerative conditions and I suffer daily in pain. I am an ideal candidate and patient for pain management. Unfortunately I no longer have insurance and this has affected the desire of APC to treat me. There is no such thing as patient care, it is more profit care at APC. I can go in and see the doctor without insurance for $80 per visit. For pain medication refills, I have to pay $300 dollars to see the doctor without insurance. They will no longer see me and help with the pain medication because I no longer have insurance and they bill the insurance $1,350 for my visit to get pain management medication refills. The doctor said, "if you had insurance, I could prescribe these for you to infinity, and I would, but its company policy that you need insurance." They lose over $1,000 per visit and they put profits over patient care. None of my pain med refill visits have lasted more 17 minutes. $300 for 17 minutes for pain med refill, but I can see the doctor without a pain med refill request for just $80. It is ALL about the money and they don't want my $300 per visit, they want the insurance price of $1,350 per visit. They know that I am taking the medication as prescribed, they know I need it, they know I'm not abusing the medication, they KNOW the multiple sources of degenerative conditions that I suffer from, they KNOW the amount of pain I am in, they KNOW that the sent me away to suffer, and I know they put profits over patients. There is no more hippocratic oath, only a hypocritical oath. Profits over patients is the new oath."

"Today I interacted with at least 5 staff members. Starting my the check-in to check-out. The staff was very attentive. I have already recommended this Advance Pain Care. I do not know all of the staff names but, the front desk staff member was great, MA, PA Myia and Dr. Weisser. Today was my first time meeting the doctor. Again, it was a great day at Advanced Pain Care."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I received an Ortho recommendation for a simple injection procedure. It was all blatantly stated on the orders. I have to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment. The intake "nurse" or tech or whatever she was, was rude, callous and apparently doesn't want to be there. She should not be doing that job. That was one thing but then waiting for 45 minutes to go in and to be told, "Oh we don't do that procedure here", was the final straw. They had the original orders, they made me wait (in pain) for weeks, then deal with the "nurse" from HE##, and they don't even do the procedure. WORST EXPERIENCE ever"
