CommUnityCare OB/Gyn Bastrop is a health institution located at 301 State Highway 71 in Bastrop, Texas, United States. In an effort to expand health care access in Eastern Travis County, we have transitioned our in-person medical mobile services to brick-and-mortar locations at Creedmoor Community Center and Barbara Jordan Elementary School. This change allows us to effectively serve our patients and provide a wider range of services.
Our Street Medicine Team provides primary health care services to unsheltered individuals experiencing homelessness, wherever they may be. In 2023, we served a total of 4,765 homeless patients, showing our dedication to providing care to all members of our community.
At CommUnityCare Health Centers, we celebrate Black History Month by highlighting our Black Men's Health Clinic and our commitment to breaking down barriers to equitable access to care. Our team members are dedicated to providing excellent and comprehensive care, regardless of a patient's insurance status or ability to pay. "They’re impossible to get a hold of. I got a two different text messages with different appointment times for the same day and have been trying for days to get the correct time. Recording eventually tells me to leave a message but it never kicks over to a voicemail. Not to mention I’ve already been waiting over 4 months to have my fist Ob appointment."
