"Unprofessional. The doctor came in and didn’t check anything then said would have to come back for blood work. Then what is the point of the appointment?"

"My husband has been going here for years and normally it's great but last year they billed labs incorrectly and now we have a $500 bill in collections because you can NEVER get a hold of anyone in billing. I have been trying to talk to someone in billing for months. It is extremely frustrating and there's nothing we can do to fix it because you never get a call back. If you can, go somewhere better."

"I started seeing practitioners at the Bastrop Clinic in August of this year. I was set up for an appointment after the August appointment, today November 20, at 9:00 a.m. I received a text notification last Friday asking for my confirmation for todays app. I confirmed and notified it was received. I was there, this morning at that time and told by the receptionist, after I signed the clipboard and sat down for twenty minutes. The receptionist called me to her window and said, “the nurse told me to tell her that my results back in August were so good she was canceling this mornings appointment “. While I was discussing this with the receptionist. I received two texts on my phone telling me that today’s appointment was cancelled and I wasn’t due for another appointment till March. I have been a type two diabetic for fifteen years. I have been on insulin(Novolog) for days on a sliding scale and (Levemir 30 units) at night. I am on high blood pressure meds., I take Gabapentin for neuropathy for my diabetes. I have other meds prescribed. I have had multiple problems with this clinic getting my prescriptions filled and called in. I never get a text back saying whether my pharmacy has been notified and I have talked to Walgreens in Bastrop and they tell me either they haven’t been reached for a refill or they have sent in a request after I notified the pharmacy I needed a refill and it’s three to four days later and no word from Bastrop Health. I have called on a non holiday week day to get a clarification, regarding my requested refills and the phone rings until a recording comes on and I leave a message. I leave a message and wait two to three hours and call again. What’s happening? I have to call several times in several days to reach a human being instead of a recording."

"Good enough I guess. I mean the lady checking me in was in trying so it was quite slow nevertheless things went as well as could be expected. Positive note, cleanest ER I've ever seen. Overall it was a great experience."
