"Where to start , my first appt was 3 hours for blood work flu shot .. ok I was new patient understandable .. I get a referral for some test .. I had to call the office for results, because they don’t use any online portal to see results .. I get Call 2 different people to say Dr needs to go over results. Ok I call back the lady says ok you have low iron you need to come in to speak with the Dr. ok couple days later another call at 4:09 I call back their closed, I call next morning I call they say ok you have high cholesterol and you need to come see the doctor. I let them know. I already have an appointment and they say oh OK see you then.so now I go to my appt . I wait 2 hours 1/2 . I go in the ladies have no clue why I’m there. I let them know it’s for abnormal test result and they said oh that’s it. Do you want to wait or do you wanna telly visit? I’m like yes I’m gonna wait how am I gonna be here 2 1/2 hours just to leave to have a Tele visit and they charge me co-pay for test results. So now I wait another hour for them to tell me the same thing they told me over the phone. The doctor was clueless that I had an ultrasound. Finally, I asked for the copies of my bloodwork and ultrasound and they give me a sheet of paper with two doctors names no referral to a specialist. I took it and got the hell out of there .. I was better off at Strawberry clinic .. I will never go back or refer anyone to this clinic not even my worst enemy… I have never felt this way with any doctors office. They made me feel like my symptoms were nothing when I do have a problem and I need to have it addressed ASAP… the only staff member that was so nice and helpful was the phlebotomist..she was so nice ..front office and medical assistants so rude to staff including the Doctors . Their loud and obnoxious to each other .. so unprofessional"

"I went to Southmore Medical for about 7 years. I think Dr. Patel is a good doctor. He is professional, and is quiet unless he has something you need to hear. I am not sure if Blessy is still there, but I liked her a lot and she was more personable. I love MOST everyone there. I am not saying that their isn't a little attitude from a certain person that works there cause there may be. If you look past that, and understand that they see a LOT more patients in a day than most...susanna is a blessing. I may have misspelled her name. The wait time sucks 90% of the time.. that is the reason I stopped going. I DO MISS THEM THOUGH."

"Been to this office a good number of times for physicals and fevers since it was my family’s doctor but I gave them a number of chances and It’s time to put my review . If you like long waits and all your time waisted this is the place to go. There are plenty of clinics in Pasadena, do not waste your time with this one. I’ve had multiple people tell me the same thing and will not be going back..."

"DO NOT go to see this doctor!!!!!!! You wait over an hour in the patient room, and then once the doctor is in there he talks to you for less than 10 minutes. On more than one occasion I was late to work, even though an appointment was scheduled, because of waiting--regardless, of the fact that I showed up on time for my appointment. Also, this doctor failed to give me a fever reducer even though my temperature was over 102 degrees when I showed up to my appointment. Nor, was I prescribed with a fever reducer, even though I mentioned that my temperature had been over 100 degrees for two days in a row. Moral of the story, he does not care about the well being his patients"
