She is the site manager and did a wonderful job explaining the process and how her center can help me. Andrea was extremely informative and explained it all thoroughly to where it made sense. No pressure to make a decision today. Just information so that I can decide on my own, when I am ready. The staff was extremely friendly, and they greeted every person that walked in with a smile, and by first name, which was very impressive!"

"I’m not a review guy, I don’t have the time for this, but I’m a good person and looking out for others in my boat! This has been the Absolute worst clinic I have ever attempted to do business with. It’s been weeks of unprofessional/ rude/ unwilling to help phone calls, just trying to get them to get my records from another clinic because I moved to the area and they are the closest to my new house. That’s it.. that’s all that needs to happen. They can’t get it done. Trying to give them my $ and they won’t lift a finger. They always act like they are to busy. Your not busy your just lazy. If the owner sees this, call me I will explain. But you have BAD people working for you, Iv only ever been polite, provided all the information. And they refuse to put forth any effort. Would be 0 stars if that was an option. I’m serious, I have this place too many chances already. My advice, if your already using this place, good luck, if your looking for a new provider, go elsewhere."

"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, IT IS A MASSIVE WASTE OF MONEY. GO SEE A DOCTOR!! Do your research. It is much cheaper to get a prescription from a doctor. I started at T4Men and the monthly at-home package is $160 per month. My doctor prescribed two months worth. And with insurance, which is not an option with T4Men, it cost $30. Again, 2 months for $30 versus $320 with T4Men. I will note, the blood work will cost approximately the same. I’m just suggesting everyone do their research. Absurd pricing aside, their in-office customer service is good. Then again, isn’t providing a good value to the customer part of customer service? Do your research and talk with your doctor or any doctor (MD). Updating my review, since the owner responded. Since my initial review T4Men increased their monthly pricing for the at home package from $160 to $225 per month. So, the two month price is now $450. Meanwhile, the prescription at H-E-B has not increased and remains $30. I continue to urge you to do your research. $450 vs $30. Go talk to a doctor about your low testosterone."
