"My Obgyn gave me a referral for a mammogram to this clinic. After a lot of back and forth, disorganization with both their referrals and their scheduling, and nearly a week of just calling, I was able to schedule an appointment. I have revised my insurance this year so my new insurance does not kick in until February 1st. For self pay for a mammogram I'm being quoted $16,560.95. They claim that insurance pays $23,658.50 and that they are giving me a 30% discount if I pay in full. First of all, this is not a competitive rate. This is significantly more expensive than most other clinics. 2nd, insurance companies are not paying $23,658.50 that is a lie. They are negotiating the rate and are paying much less. So it's just self pay clients that are overpaying when visiting this clinic. Because of this unethical behavior I would highly recommend taking your business anywhere else. And shame on you all. I will unfortunately remember this as this breaks trust in your institution permanently."

"I cannot recommend MD Anderson enough!! From the first phone call until the follow up call they have been nothing but kind, professional, helpful, and beyond competent. They were not on the ball they were in front of the ball with getting everything set up and approved etc. I hope no one ever needs their services but if you find yourself, family, or friend in need of testing or treatment you are in great hands here. I had such a pleasant and positive experience I am actually considering an annual trek to Houston for my yearly preventative and precautionary testing. It was definitely worth the trip to get the best testing from the #1 center in country allowing me to sleep at night once again."

"The phlebotomist thelma?? Whelma?? She’s supposed to be the face of MD anderson and from what I seen. She’s very rude to her coworkers and makes it a very hostile work environment. A hospital should never have people like her working for them where people go to look for help and look for a chance at surviving what’s breaking them peace by peace. The whole system at this hospital is crooked. And By the grace of God I pray that it is fixed. God don’t like ugly."

"Accompanied a patient for an echocardiogram and appointments for shots. Spacious waiting area with easily accessible outdoor seating available. Used valet parking three times. Smooth process from beginning to end. Highly recommend using valet parking to reduce stress of appointments."
