"We usually go to the Round Rock location but tried the Cedar Park location this time. I appreciated the earlier hours available. My 4 yo daughter was absolutely terrified to go to the doctor (she thought that she would be getting a shot) but everyone she asked from the receptionist to the nurse not only ensured her no shots but also explained why in a kind manner. Dr. Fliedner was amazing, he calmed her nerves and my daughter mentioned how funny he was afterwards."

"It’s the first time my infant gets sick. We didn’t know where to take him, this clinic was quick to answer and advise that walk ins were welcomed along with letting me know about the wait time in advance. The staff and doctors were all so nice and attentive. I appreciate the next day follow up messages to check up on my son! Thank you all for everything, we will be returning in the future if another emergency comes up!"
"My 5 year old had to get staples in his head from hitting the coffee table. This was our 1st time at pm pediatric urgent care. First it's literally 5 min from our house which is so nice . But I can't say enough good things about the staff. My son was scared and didn't talk much here but as soon as we left he told me he wants to start coming back here. Rach and Jess (I think) were our nurses and they were AMAZING with my boy and keeping him comfortable. They explained to him everything they were doing. There bedside manner is so genuine and so loving. The doctor(I can't remember her name) was the absolute sweetest. Even the receptionist was so kind and sweet. Also the service was very fast. Longest part was just waiting for the numbing medicine to kick in. We need more nurses and medical staff like this in our world today!!! I will never use another urgent care but this one!! Thank you everyone so much!!"
