"Darius love is a great therapist. But whoever they got working in the front as their receptionist for the office does not listen to the customer's needs does not call to get back with you on information and because of this I discontinue my kids services. One of my kids was receiving services and services have been discontinued and nobody called me to tell me. They sent my son a sorry therapist a lady cannot remember her name but she never came to my house more than three times. She never contacted me to schedule anything for my and because of this reason they discontinue my son services instead of giving me a call. They do not follow up with you on a. Regarding your child's therapy. But if you do go with their services I will prefer for you to ask for Darius love."

"Started off real well during covid. Then they went to virtual it was going fine til the therapist decided to not be consistent. I would let him know and you get an apology same action. I asked to see him in person they don't do it any more. Next session he stop replying after hanging up on my child during the first one. Don't recommend I should've came to Google first"

"I called in may to make an appointment for my 6 yo child for anxiety. I was asked a few questions, including what insurance we had. An appointment was made for a few weeks later. After some difficulty getting the docusign to work, filling out forms, and sending them multiple times because they were never received, we were 15 minutes pre-appt. That’s when I got a call that my insurance couldn’t be verified. And I repeated the name of my insurance company, and I was told “right. Medicaid.” No. Never once did I said Medicaid. “Oh. Well, we only see Medicaid patients.” When I asked if that was the situation when I made the original appointment I was told yes. So they are horrible with communication, including listening comprehension. I requested that an office manager call me to discuss and that never happened either. Of course."
