Concentra Urgent Care

"I have nothing but great things to say about Concentra’s downtown location! Dr. Son is an amazing, kind and very compassionate doctor and a master of the craft. I went in on Thursday the 22nd for a hand injury after a near miss fall. Dr. Son pinpointed the exact region of my hand where the pain was coming from without me even having to tell him. He’s extremely knowledgeable, skilled, kind and caring. He takes the time to actually listen to your concerns. He’s very handsome to boot… just sayin’. Nurse Claudia and all the other young ladies (nurses) that helped me are awesome in their own rights! They are beautiful not only on the outside but on the inside where it really matters. Last and certainly not least is the front office staff… they were accommodating and welcoming from the get go and equally as nice and friendly when I was leaving. Dr. Son and his ENTIRE staff made me feel welcome and treated me like they were genuinely happy I came. They never for one second acted like I was an inconvenience! I highly recommend Dr. Son and his wonderful staff!!! An entire building of beautiful, kind, and caring individuals… trust me, you can’t go wrong with this team!!!"

"My employer sends employees to this location for random drug testing. Parking is convenient and free. Check in is a snap (they text you a link and you handle it on your own phone). The process is fairly quick, if you are ready to fill their cup. The staff is pretty friendly and supportive if you find yourself waiting for nature to call. Here's my only complaint: once you are called in from the main waiting room, you may be seated in a small, second waiting area of about six chairs that are basically in a hallway. This space is far too small, and I wish sick patients were segregated from those there for other reasons. A restroom opens onto this space, so employees had little privacy when using the space. There are also a couple of curtained alcoves off of this space. You could hear everything being said in these spaces. The lack of privacy is very disconcerting."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly would have been done in a timely fashion but have to wait 45 minutes because when I have to take a egk they didn't have any extra pads so have to call another location to get them but other then that everything went good"

"Fist time in this place and the one of the doctors sends me back to work after I made him aware I was recovering from seven herniated disc’s and just been in a recent auto accident. He didn’t order any tests just put me on light work smh Then after finally getting an MRI done I come in with the disk containing the results and the doctor tells me he can’t read them. I will start looking to get treatment elsewhere. Stay away"

"Wait for 1 hour 30 min just for drug test. Ask the guy on counter he said we are short stuff and they dont know what required for drug test. When i was about to leave than a lady came out and helpme. I guess owner need to re-evaluate the skills of people working there."
