"Absolutely the worst staff experience ever. The doctors are good but the office staff DOES NOT care about you or helping you. DO NOT GO HERE I have taken my kids there for 7 years. 3 kids. No issues because it's just been see the doctor and pay. Easy. Now when I go myself because of an injury and I wanted a first opinion...doctor Yay was nice but the staff LIED about having email access to send paperwork. When I asked them to email me a contact because I was in extreme pain and laid up in bed the reply I got was "Can't you just get up and get a pen yourself?" ....what the heck kind of customer service is that? I tried to get my disability paperwork signed which Yau agreed to but they claimed to only have fax and I needed to drive up there and drop off papers...turns out they have email, they are just too ignorant or stubborn to operate that "high tech" software... They went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make my experience that much harder by being abrasive, not trying to provide solutions or understand my situation and being lazy. Absolutely awful staff. I'm pulling my whole family from this office because of how I was treated. I won't support people like this. Good job losing thousands in business each year. Doctors if you read this. Please take a good look at how your staff treats people."
