Wellness & Drivers Physical Clinic is located at 440 Benmar Drive in Houston, Texas, United States. Our clinic specializes in providing $60 DOT / CDL Physical Exams performed by Certified Medical Examiners. When you pass your exam, a Medical Certification Card will be issued to you. Immediate same day appointments are available 5 days a week, including Saturdays at our North Location. Our Certified Medical Examiners are registered with the National Registry of Certified Examiners (N.R.C.M.E.).
Dr. Jenny T. Le and Dr. Dustin N. Mai are both Certified Medical Examiners at our clinic. Upon completion and passing of your physical exam, a Medical Card will be issued to you. Medication for blood pressure, monocular vision, and the use of insulin or being diabetic do not disqualify you from obtaining a DOT Medical Card.
During the DOT Physical Exam, we will perform a Nephrology evaluation using your urine to assess the health and function of your kidneys. This screening checks for sugar, blood, protein, and specific gravity. Please note that drug testing is not required and is not included with the DOT physical exam.
