I always feel so cared for by all the staff. The providers take their time with you - wanting to know more about any symptoms you might feel. They also do care a lot about your mental health and provide excellent resources if you need any help."

"First you need to make a reservation. I took my daughter to get vaccinated today. After entering, the medical assistant patiently took the temperature, weight, and height. Then the doctor came quickly and asked a lot of questions about the child's health very attentively. Also help listen to the children’s heartbeats. It is a very trustworthy pediatric clinic."

"Zero stars. My husband and I made an appointment here for our new baby girls 7 Day Exam. We couldn’t have been more horrified when we arrived. The place was so dirty and run down; from the walls, to the floors, to every corner. When we were first called back we went into a room the size of a toaster box, and was asked to place our baby on a filthy scale to weigh her. Afterwards we were led to lay her on the bed where they still had the last patients measurements marked in pen on the white cover paper, which shows they didn’t clean or sanitize the room between patients. When I asked her clearly, had it been changed, she literally ignored me. They then moved us to another exam room that had filthy walls and hair all over the floor. The doctor came in and started to examine our baby without washing her hands, she then used the scope WITHOUT the disposable coverings to check her ears, nose and MOUTH! I almost fainted. I was so disgusted at everything. They are very unprofessional and unsanitary. Especially to be a place for children. Although we didn’t plan on making this our permanent pediatrician, nor did we once plan on ever returning, they had the nerve to call after the appointment and tell us we’d have to find another clinic because they can’t see our daughter if she isn’t going to be vaccinated. Honey, we wouldn’t come back there if we were paid to!! I itched all the way home. They need to be shut down. Never again."
