"The front desk staff are so unnecessarily rude on the phone. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist over the phone was short with me for no reason and loudly sighed whenever I asked the simplest of questions about making an appointment. Snapped at me over the phone with a rude "What?" when I was describing what the appointment was for, and hung up abrubtly the second the appointment was confirmed. Great job making a patient feel welcome and cared for."

"First no vitals were taken just my weight but noted that they did them. I felt horrible Covid/flu like. Tested for all of them. The tech that did the swabs was very nice but so did not perform them correctly. The doctor seemed like he didn’t want to be there. My visit review stated possible UTI which was never mentioned to me and was told all tests were negative but summary stated suspected Covid. Well when I got home I took a test because I couldn’t believe it was just a cold and it was positive for Covid. I will never go back and that’s a same because they used to be really good."

"Not really an “Urgent” care facility. Wanted $250 for a “new patient fee”. Does not know how to bill the VA. I suggest if you are a Veteran who is in pain, this isn’t the place for you."

"After dealing with a sore throat all week, that I had hoped was just caused by drainage - Today, my throat started to close up, internally! Although I called the office at 11:40 AM and the office closes at noon on SUNDAYS - The sweet gal at the front desk, Shaniece, asked the NP on site, Monique & the office manager, if she would squeeze me in and sure enough, they said YES! I am so grateful this team went above and beyond to see me today for a strep culture! Hopefully I’ll be on my way to getting better for a busy work week and my son’s first day of school tomorrow! Thank you again, to the sweet ladies that selflessly gave up their time on a Sunday!"
