"I would give 0 stars if I could. I followed my very good psychiatrist to this practice back in 2019 & after 4 years I’ve finally had enough & im firing her at my next appt. I’m 8 months pregnant and their policy is to take FIVE BUSINESS days to refill a prescription. And even though I requested my refill on Monday, it’s Friday at 4:15pm and I’m not going to get it. The last time I missed just ONE DAY of my medication while pregnant I ended up in the hospital for a 3 day stay. THIS IS MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. Ive been dealing with unnecessary lapses in medications since I’ve been a patient & no one ever responds to my complaints. They straight up DGAF."
