"Front Desk and Nurse practitioners are very attentive and thorough. However, if your insurance changes or you have any billing concerns, you should be cautious. Michele in billing was very hard to track down- not sure what her work hours are really- talked to her voicemail more than her. There was no attempt to really explain changes with my insurance and I still get different coverages when I call my insurance or go online. So I really can’t recommend HerKare for giving all around high level care to patients. I’m going back to my primary care physician."
"I’ve been a customer at HerKare for a couple of years and have had amazing results with hormone treatments resulting in more energy and I sleep better. I also had migraines my entire life and rarely have them now. That was a completely unexpected result but has contributed to better quality of life for me. I would be thrilled with that by itself but there’s been so many additional positives. The staff at HerKare are incredible. This group of women are thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable and so personable. They are always eager to help and listen. I oftentimes need to reschedule appointments because of work and they are helpful and accommodating every time. The upbeat nature of the office is very inviting. This is the only healthcare appointment I look forward to and I will definitely continue as a client at HerKare for a long time."

The NP takes her time going over any questions or concerns you might have and is willing to work with you when you feel you need to make adjustments to your dosages. I have had such a great experience at Her Kare. I would so recommend them."
