"This place is not nice. The staff is rude. They give scripted answers to any questions you may have about your loved one. They hang up in your ear. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t supply the medicine you were prescribed before going there, then keep you longer when you become delusional from withdrawals. They seem to be focused on maximizing the length of your stay so they can bill the insurance as much as possible. We tried filing an AMAbut they weren’t worried about that. We didn’t get any movement or help from anyone there until we threatened to file habeus corpus against them. This is basically a prison for people with mental problems."

"This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. A member of my family was sent to this facility and end up transferred to the emergency room in another hospital from there, because of the treatment they do to patients. It was like nightmare and panic, and anxiety for one week, the third week of the treatment. My relative stopped calling me home suddenly, I did not know why, in the third week of treatment. It was because she got forced to take medicine shots and vaccines by force, and end up being overdose, and got a pathological chart very bad, because when they sent her to emergency room she was worse than a zombie. She was in a very bad dehydration situation, did not know her name, was not able to walk by herself, and completely missing, mentally. It was the worst nightmare and situation I experienced. All these problems were told to me by the Case manager of that hospital she was transferred to, the first day she was in her room after they moved her from the emergency room to the regular room. I would think twice before sending any family member to this Hospital for any mental treatment, because of the way they proceed with patients. They even threaten patients if they do not take their medicines. Furthermore, all the belongings and personal items my relative had in this mental hospital were stolen, and nobody gave us any information after we went to claim them when my relative recovered. I left many messages on the phone, but never got any call back from anybody in this facility. I call several times to this lady Katty, and left a message for her, but never got a call back."

"Do not go to this hospital! It is not safe. They do not watch their patients. They steal and not care what happens to their patients. It is very unclean. It needs to be torn down and renovated. Also, a nurse was administering a shot in my butt so I pulled my pants down a little to not expose myself and she roughly grabbed my pants and pulled my pants all the way down exposing my body with my roommate in there! One of the patients kept coming in my room while I was sleep stealing my clothes and roaming the halls. The staff didn't care. It's more like a homeless shelter rather than a hospital. I'm sure there's more but I can't remember it all. Beware!!!"

"This hospital just confirmed what I have always suspected, that children with autism get discriminated against often. Ms. Gain at this hospital, refused care to my son. Her reason? He was nonverbal. When my wife refused to take him for fear of him continuing to be a danger to himself and others, she threatened my wife with police arrest and followed through with the threat. When the officers came and my wife wouldn’t bulge, they decided to transport him to children’s hospital. He’s getting care now from people who care. I am going to fight for my child with every breath left in me."
