"Honestly Pride Family Medicine offers some of the most negligent care I've ever received from a PCP. They consistently fail to follow-through on referrals, send referrals to out-of-network providers, and seem to intentionally drag their feet in responding to patient needs. We've all got enough trauma dealing with the medical industrial complex, and Pride Family Medicine seems not to care in the slightest. There are plenty of more competent and caring places near Austin with "LGBTQ+ Allies." From my (and my loved ones') experience, they don't even meet basic standards of care, much less "Affirming Healthcare." If you're considering Pride Family Medicine as your primary care, go somewhere else."
