"Please give the Uber/Lyft ride to someone else. Someone that cares and doesn’t dislike doing this task. I can be standing at the door to ask for my ride and none of the receptionists would acknowledge my presence. Everybody else is great, but reception… they needs customer service training asap. So this happened to me yesterday. 1) Receptionist asked for my Uber ride. It was going to be a 12 minute wait. Another gentleman was there. His wait… 16 minutes. The other gentleman left and I continued waiting. I waited about 25 minutes and I went to the receptionist and asked… did my Uber cancel? Sure enough, my Uber had canceled. Had I not asked the receptionist, I would have waited longer. 2) Receptionist ordered a second Uber. The second Uber drove and asked me if I had requested to pick up someone else. I said no. He told me, I’m being asked to pick up someone else, then take you to your destination. I told him- that doesn’t sound right because the clinic will be closing soon. So Uber stopped and I called clinic. Receptionist told me that the mistake was a Uber’s fault. As soon as I got home… 2 hours later, I researched the Uber mistake, and Uber told me that the mistake was not from Uber driver, it was something done by the clinic’s receptionist. 3) This morning ( next day) I asked the receptionist about the Uber mistake. She insisted that Uber driver was at fault. I told her that I had researched the mistake and that Uber confirmed that mistake came from clinic and not Uber driver. People make mistakes. It’s ok. The problem was the attitude of the receptionist. I deserved an apology. Not another attitude experienced. Receptionists can truly make or break any type of business. Other than that, I’ve had a great experience here."

"They are Extremely slow! We always have to wait OVER an hour and a half to be seen. It’s Ridiculous as the waiting room is small and hot. I would switch doctors if we could but can’t find another workers comp doctor in our area. Once you finally get to the back the care is good but is it worth the wait?"
