"I have a very bad experience.They just do business and do multiple tests.I had been there and visited continuously and each time different gyno saw me.I became confused.They just divert your calls if you have any querry.No one respond on time.I have severe bleeding for 2 months and they are still scheduling my biopsy ..dont know when they will admit me for the procedure.My daily life has been impacted.Every time time you will go and they prescribe different tests that's it. I am really fed up."

"This is second time I had to visit the office. I still have pain on my knee and heel. When I tell the front desk, she said the Doctor can only check one first. If they are related, why can’t we look at both, knee and heel? The Dr does a review of my knee and gives an opinion on what they think is wrong. That doesn’t help at all. I felt like they want me to spend more time and money. Why can’t just do an MRI and then when you have the information you need, you can make a decision to properly treat my knee and heel. You do unnecessary tests, X-rays, blood test and make extra Dr visits just so I can be charged over $500 and you still have no idea why my knee and heel hurts and you haven’t helped at all. I am still suffering with the pain and I don’t want to go through again just to get charge lots from this Clinic. I am going to pull my family from ARC to find a healthcare provider that listens to the patient and cares more about helping people than generating more revenue."

"Never sent me requested information from two months ago, called back again to schedule surgery for my ACL but they said they would have to get the order from the doctor and would call me back but still haven't heard anything. Guess they don't care so now I have to find a new surgeon."

"I originally rated this experience a 2/5 before seeing my Dr. After I edited it to a 4/5 that’s how good I felt about my appointment! Pros: — The front desk staff Helping me was very nice! — Dr. Halloran was incredible! 1) He took the time to fully explain the answers to the questions I had 2) I felt that I had his full attention 3) set clear expectations and plan of action. Con: Originally I was frustrated with my appointment here, I arrived early and ended up waiting about 40 minutes to be seen (20 of which was after my appointment start time) Suggestion: Call or text your patients an update so we don’t have to wait in the lobby, (I couldn’t drive due to medical issues so I had to reschedule pickup.) P.s Not 5 stars because of timing (don’t come on a Monday if you can, they are busier than other days due to weekend accidents)"

"I have had all three of my children see a physician at the ARC NOW clinic and we will definitely be back. My youngest saw the orthopedic doctor, Dr. Zinn, and she felt very confident when she left knowing that she was okay and she could go back to playing volleyball. My older two children both have seen the urgent care doctors, Dr. Pruitt and Dr. Zachariah both of which gave them great care. It was never a problem getting seen even when my daughter walked in without an appointment. I also love that they are so close to home for us and they are available when we need it the most since we all have crazy schedules. Thank you ARC NOW for such great service and care of my family."
