"Front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. But i waited for 3 hours after i had checked in online and been told to come in just for no resolution to what i’m struggling with. no one bothered to ask if the injection i was given had provided me any relief after i waited an hour after the injection for anyone to check on me or release me. it didn’t provide any relief but after 3 hours total of being there i just wanted to leave. really dissapointed."

"I’ve used this location several times for myself and my daughter. I have always received quick, compassionate care and the check in staff has always been great. I love that I can put myself on the waiting list from the comfort of my home and then receive a text when it’s time to head to the clinic. This clinic is my “go to” for immediate healthcare needs."

"Very rude receptionist she refused to tell me her name she was African American sitting on the right hand side. Black hair and wore glasses.I checked in online and they kept pushing me back. I called and this receptionist told me I had 2 in front of me and would definitely be seen before 7. This was at 1 pm. Second time this has happened and the last time they pushed me back so far that when I got in the doctor came out and said she couldn't see me it was already 7:00 and had already left. Used to love it I would not recommend it to anybody now emergency room would be faster. Even for a minor cut. No one was wearing a name tag and no one introduced. Normally I could live with that unless people are rude. Also I didn't know if I was being seen by a doctor or PA she never introduced herself she was good and the only reason I know she was a PA was because of the prescription I have nothing negative to say about the technician that came in and took my blood pressure she was kind as well but did not introduce herself overall I give it a one-star because there were no names on the boards a couple of very rude receptionist and no one introduced himself and no one looked like they were happy to be there I don't expect people to be happy because they work but I don't expect them to be rude either again the PA and the technician we're fine they just didn't appear happy to be there. Oh yeah and the two receptionists were talking about me being racist it has nothing to do with race I would be upset with anybody who was rude to"

"I was able to register online let them know how far away I am from their location. They texted me when it was time for me to leave to go be there. I waited in the lobby for a good 20 minutes they had a lot of other people in the office that they were moving through not too quickly, but at a very good pace the two receptionists were very polite, very happy, very considerate, and provided a lot of information so that I didn’t have to guess. The nurse who brought me back to the examination room, was kind, efficient and very helpful. I needed to have a couple of tests run and she said she would get technicians. She quickly came back and said that she would do them so that I didn’t have to wait because the technicians were busy. I was a super appreciative. I then met with the nurse PA. She answered all of my questions. She gave me the scripts that I needed to recover, and had made sure I had all of my questions answered."
