"I made an appointment based on reviews with Dr.Itam, on my first obgyn appointment,the Dr.was friendly and Made me feel like I was in good hands since I'm high risk I was definitely looking forward to my next appointment,here's where the issue came in play.I noticed after I paid my copay I immediately after my appointment received a bill for over $1000 for the ultrasound I'm assuming but isn't that included in the appointment..however because I felt DrItam is experienced I would pay it but after a couple of days a bill collector or someone from Keysley called me stating I had to pay over $4000 before my next appointment ,I mean she was extremely rude when I was just asking her to explain the charges because I have the best insurance..she then was like "Ma,am do you want me to cancel your next appointment or what?"..Mind you my baby not due until wayyy 12/4/23 and she telling me I have to pay my full balance of $4000 because that covers the baby being delivered..This stressed me out so much.. extremely...it was too much and how am I going to pay $4000 just in a week before my next appointment...I've had major surgery before and wasn't hounded for money before my procedure and I always keep the best health insurance...this was a stressful ordeal especially being pregnant just wanting to have a healthy pregnancy so because I don't have $4000 upfront I won't be choosing this hospital..too pricy and money hungry before even caring for the patient.Update I choose to cancel my appointment today and the staff didn't even ask why or if I wanted to reschedule I guess they knew I wasn't paying $4000 upfront.Dr Itam seems like a great Dr but I definitely wouldn't recommend Keysley"

"Nope. I wont going back. After 2 miscarriages, I moved to cypress from memorial city. Since my old obgyn is too far, I looked for new one near my new place. Based on my previous experience at kelsey with Dr.Choksi (internal medicine) was so great, I made an OBGYN appointment here and gave a try. Everyone from front desk to exam room were nice and helpful but not with dr. I dont leave one star review at all but this experience was very unpleasant to make me leave. First office visit appointment went well. Second appointment was video call. It was around two years ago so I dont recall all the detail but I surely remember one thing he said. He mentioned some type of medicine and I said I think my body is not ready so I am not comfortable to take any medicine right now. He then without looking at me, just staring computer screen, quietly saying ‘oh, you will have another miscarrige then.’ like he was not talking to me but I could clearly hear that. At first I thought I heard wrong. At that moment, I couldnt say anything. I know. I shouldve say something at that time instead of leaving 1 star review…but I couldnt… dr asked if I have any more questions, I said no then video call ended. If I was pregnant and I needed to take certain medicine to keep my pregnancy, I would take it whatever he said without doubt. But that time, I was not pregnant. I was trying to conceive. And eventhough he think I will have another miscarriage without taking recommeded medicine, there are so many nice way to say it. Well, I got pregnant shortly after and even kelsey located just 10 mins away from my house, I drove 45 mins to my old obgyn throughout my whole pregnancy. Maybe he had bad day? Maybe he didnt mean to hurt my feeling? I dont know. But I will not going back. Maybe going there for another specialist but surely not for obgyn."

"Dr. Itam was the first doctor in ten plus years to listen to my concerns regarding my fibroid condition and not brush me off. All other doctors were focused on giving me a hysterectomy without talking to me about my feelings. He is always kind, patient, and vey knowledgeable. He now treat me and my young adult daughter. I wouldn't trust my women health to any other physician."

"I always feel heard and like I am valuable as a patient. Dr. Itam is an amazing doctor. He saw me through a tough pregnancy with my twins five years ago and continues to be someone I trust. I know he has my best interest in mind and I have recommended him to several of my friends."
