"The lady at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful to me, it was ridiculous. I had been seeing doctor Berry( a wonderful NP) at this center for months with no problem. I came in to inquire about my prescriptions because I've called several times but their phone systems were messed up. And the lady at the front through a phone cord at me and bit down on her lip, like she wanted to fight me. I guess I asked one to many questions. I won't be coming back."

"Aessa Bates is a good NP! My blood pressure was really high at my first visit with her, and once I visited her and I was prescribed with my medicine, my blood pressure is now in the normal values. Every now and then she calls me to check up on me and asks how I am and asks me how I’m doing and she takes time out of her day to ask her patients if they’re doing any better. She’s very on top of her job and such a great NP."
