"I had ruptured cyst on both ovaries I was told to see a ob-gyn asap an follow up. I seen Beryl Randolph, Md she spoke to me for about 10 mins of how she could not help me. She gave me two options to do nothing or to get on birth control. I chose to not go on birth control and she said well then I cant do anything for you. This concluded our visit and it cost $170.00 this was by far the most expensive conversation I had ever had. I had no exams performed NO REAL services performed!"
"I should have know by these reviews not to go but I was in need, but I much rather drive 1hr and half to my regular obgyn. Everything was going good , I was actually pretty comfortable talking to her, but then she said "I don't help woman on Medicaid to get pregnant "! First off I wasn't there to get pregnant, not even me much thinking of , I was there to get help with my irregular period ! Nothing to do with pregnancy ! I understand where she was coming from , but if I was there for that , than ok ! I can except her comment but I surely wasn't ! So offended by her comment"
"My first time in December last year she told me I had PCOS and I could no longer have babies. I went in September due to my nipples hurting very bad. She told me it was nothing maybe my hormones but I wasn't pregnant. They took blood out then a week later I was calling for results and they said they didn't have any blood work for me. So guess they lost my tube of blood. Went to a real doctor and guess what. I'm 2months pregnant"
"They were very rude. Basically stating that my baby was a mistake, being I am a young mom!! I got charged $300 dollars for a proof of pregnancy because no one called to tell me my health insurance had benefits before they cover my appointments. I do NOT recommend them to young moms"
"My appointment was at 2 but i got there at 1. I waited 3 hours total. I then had a missed call from them 2 days later. I called back and they could not tell me who called. I called a week later and they said my culture came back fine. 2 weeks later they called me and said my culture came back with a uti infection. The doctor was extremely rude when I was there and would not let me talk or ask any questions. I told her I had fainted and she said that was normal I had to eat every hour. Sorry but i dont think fainting while your pregnant is normal! Will never go back there and never recommend them to anyone."
