"Jocelyn is the best! I am not comfortable getting blood drawn but she has such a light touch. She put me at ease and I didn’t feel anything. She also has a wonderful personality and professional attitude. The location is easy to find and clean. Large waiting room and quick check in. Thanks for making required testing a fast process."

"I was sent to this location for a FMCSA Random. Although I was in 9 car hauler 18 wheeler, I was able to park on a side street and walk a short distance to the clinic. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and back on the road."

"The tech couldn’t stick me to get my blood drawn. I waited about 2 hours to get seen. After all that I rather continue my job search and hope pre employment never send me to Nova for any services."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. WORST clinic to go to for a DOT. It is a complete scam. For starters the staff are rude and racist to patients. They pick and choose who they want to help when passing exams. If you aren't one of the "lucky ones" that look the part that each medical provider wants you to look or be, they will clearly fail your exam just because they have the authority to. They do not reassure patients of their visit or necessarily give proper care. Medical providers are here to do their jobs and HELP, not make things worse by having an attitude with their patients or spike up someone's anxiety. Anyone knows it's scary enough to have to step foot into a doctors office, so why not be more welcoming to ALL patients ? Talking to patients is extremely important. Informing patients of what to do and offer resources as to how to fix an issue or concern that one may have is something they should work on. You could be extremely healthy and have no medical issues WHATSOEVER and still manage to fail a test. It took 3 visits for the DOT and each time the blood pressure was 190, 180 and 170. A TRUE medic would know that is an EXTREME blood pressure. BY LAW a medic is required to call an ambulance to take the patient to the hospital in case of a stroke or heart attack. Not once did they follow or recommend that. Instead , they send you off and tell you try again next time. AFTER EACH visit to the DOT, we went to a doctor to get clarification from a professional as to what the issue is. There were no concerns or complications . Medication wasn't even necessary to help. Each time the doctor checked the blood pressure , it was BARELY above average. Nothing to be cautious about. That itself says a lot. So, all in all , if you're looking to try somewhere for a DOT exam, definitely try somewhere else because Nova does NOT do it's job anymore with taking their patients seriously"
