"I had an appointment in 2023 called to double check a result and apparently they never sent me my full results as they weren’t “reviewed” yet… a year later? Why would you charge me to get labs and then not send me the full results. Also why are you guys charging me $50 to see my own medical records? Makes zero sense to me. I saw one of the NPs there and never went back bc I felt like she rushed and didn’t care, but now not being able to see my own records bc they were never reviewed tops it all off."
