"Before this place popped up I would have to drive either to Katy TCH Urgent Care and wait about an hour whenever my son got sick or whatever on the weekends. Then you would wait about an hour and a half just to get seen. Great company but when you have a loved one sick with a illness not ideal. This place is extremely nice, quick, clean and amazing. This place is a godsend and glad they came close to us. We love their staff and location."

"Took my son during the day since his dr. was not available and I didn’t want to wait for nightlight urgent care to open later in the day. We were seen right away. Same level of care as your regular pcp. Checked in on the kiosk and finished the application on my phone. Easy to use and upload insurance card. I will definitely be going back if needed. "I've heard horror stories about many urgent care places, but this one exceeded expectations. It was very easy and straightforward to make same day appointments. When I arrived I was quickly checked in since I filled out patient info stuff ahead of time. I was immediately taken to an exam room. The nurse that took my vitals and ran tests was very sweet and caring. A doctor came in to see me almost immediately after the nurse finished. The doctor was very thorough with her diagnosis and she quickly put together a treatment plan. The doctor was also sweet and caring. Overall, I had a very nice experience with this Memorial Hermann Urgent Care location."
