"Today was my first visit at this doctor office & let me tell you. Dr. Montanez & her medical assistant are the best! They were both so sweet & Dr.Montanez was so gentle. Definitely have found my OBGYN! Y’all won’t be disappointed. Let her check yall cootie out she ain’t gone hurt it ❤️"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited over 20 minutes after my appointment time to ask when I would be seen. There was a lady who came in after me, and was seen right away. The lady at the counter asked if I wanted to cancel rather than tell me what time I was going to be seen. Completely unprofessional!! I don't care who's fault it is, if you're running late be considerate of my time. Then as I'm leaving the lady asked who I was. She literally just made copies of my ID and insurance cards 30 minutes prior, AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM! Too lazy to figure it out herself. If there was a crowded room I understand waiting. But I was the first patient. There no excuse."

"I tried to stay with Dr Shaffer because he’s been with my daughters since they were born. However I’m tired of always waiting over a hour EVERY appointment! Just to wait in the back for another hour for the doctors to see my child for 10mins. I had taken my daughters there for cough, fever and runny nose and the doctor (not shaffer this time a different one) he didn’t even look at my daughters, just sent them home with “flu”. I end up going to the ER for them to tell me they actually had hand foot and mouth disease. Also the white blonde lady with glasses that schedules appointments when you check out is very rude. Luckily I called my girls insurance and they recommended other pediatrics that we will now go to. I do not recommend this place at all. Appointments always take forever, their only available one day a week so if your baby gets sick on a Wednesday you would have to wait until the following Tuesday for him/her to be seen. The only thing good about this place is that the front desk lady who checks people in when they first get there. She is super sweet and always has a good attitude. All other staff rude."

"Horrible office. First visit there for my daughter, will be the last. First, the office wasn't clean at all. There was trash laying on the floor, etc. Second, our appointment was at 4. We arrived at 3:45. We didn't actually see the doctor until after 5! You expect doctor appointments to never be on time, but sitting there for over an hour last your appointment time with a 6 year old is pretty ridiculous. Then they wrote my daughter a prescription (supposedly). Went to the pharmacy the next to pick it up, nothing had been called in. We called the doctor's office back, they have no idea what the prescription even is because the doctor put no notes about any prescription in the chart. So now here we are, hours of time wasted, nothing to show for it."
