"This was my first visit. I was a bit apprehensive as the previous year I didn't have a good relationship with my pcp. My long time doc retired so I've been trying to find one compatible with me the past 2 years. I met with the doctor nurse and went over my health and issues. I try to have my history typed up with a small bio so they may have an idea of my health journey and goals. I appreciate being heard and understood. I appreciate the time spent with me and I like the location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm really hoping we develop a good relationship. "I was very satisfied with Dr. Huang's staff. They were all very pleasant and professional. I was definitely made to feel comfortable. Silvia went above and beyond...as it were, I was unable to drive having blurred vision so having to wait for my folks who were in the Med Center, woukd put them in the area at 5:00 PM. Silvia was leaving at 4:30 which would ultimately have me sitting curb side waiting. I was ok with that... Silvia phoned the Office Manager who offices just down the street and asked she come close her business day at Dr. Huang's so I could wait in comfort. Lastly, Dr. Huang was just lovely and she, a true Medical Professional. Warm and knowledgeable. I want to also include the appointment setter, April and Jennifer. They were instrumental in a much needed assist regarding my insurance..."
