QC Kinetix (Cypress)

"I came to QC kinetics with a prior history of back issues and very worried that my advanced condition wouldn't respond to this treatment. I was assured by Ryan that if treatments didn't work that the expensive cash out of pocket expense would and could be negotiated somewhat. Well, my pain increased with each treatment and I was assured that it takes time for the pain to respond. Well. After having reached the end of my treatments I developed a syst at the injection site which was even more painful, and I was assured that they would work with me to work something out regarding the payment since the treatments left me worse off on top of the exorbitant cash cost. I've been calling for almost 2 months now and now they are routing my calls to Indiana and are refusing to talk to me or even provide my medical records. Please do not try this place first, there are other places that will do the plasma injections at a fraction of the cost and not try to burn you. Hopefully they will still make this right, I will revise this post if they do but until then, I will keep you posted."

"I took my 20 year old daughter to OC Kinetix she has a bulging disc on L4-L5 and her orthopedic doctor is wanting to do injections and an epidural. She’s 20. So, I did some digging on the internet and came across QC Kinetix in Cypress. First of all my kid hates needles but she has been in such pain that she didn’t care. She had her first injection last week of PRP and she is doing pretty good. She hasn’t taken ibuprofen all week. That’s a miracle considering she takes it daily and did for 2 years. "I’m not sure how to start this because I really don’t do reviews. I went to QC Kinetix in Cypress. I have never been so impressed with the staff. The girl at the front desk I think her name is Jadé she was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. The waiting room was nice and didn’t feel like I was in a doctors office so that helped with the anxiety. I met with the doctor and she was very nice. I wasn’t a good candidate because of my health issues but I’d send somebody that way if anyone asked!"
