"This place is horrible. Nurse doesn't know what they're doing. Very unprofessional. My nephew is only 2 months old and unfortunately he was seen at this office. The nurse Erica is not supposed to be a nurse. Working at a pediatric, she supposed to know everything. She should know babies can't swallow fast enough they don't know anything. This nurse Erica put the whole liquid injection all the way in his mouth which made him choke on it. He stopped breathing and his face and lips turned purple. We didn't know what just happened and couldn't process it. The next day we called the office and spoke to the office manager Lindsey. She was not cooperative at all. She refused to accept the fact that the nurse Erica was at wrong and was trying to defend her. They don't care about the babies life. I hope this review helps all the mothers to be extra careful with the nurses around their babies at this place."

"Be wary. My daughter was referred by this clinic to the UTMB Pediatric Infectious Disease clinic in League City for testing. They took a swab from her and told us they would be in contact within a day or two. We never heard from them again, and our daughter recovered on her own. 6 months later, we received an exorbitant bill for services we never received. Their billing department failed to record that I had disputed the bill, and they referred it to collections. I will be avoiding the UTMB Health system in the future."
