"Went Jan of this year (2021) Facility was sanitary and clean but also welcoming and calming all the way from the lobby to the exam rooms. Discreet and somewhat quiet office location. The staff was sympathetic, informative, patient, educated, sincere, understanding, well trained, gentle, kind, etc. I could go on for days, but this was my first time being in this situation and receiving this service. They do EVERYTHING they can to make you comfortable. The process includes explanations on what is being said or done not only physically and emotionally but also regarding the law. Some processes like listening to the heartbeat or questions/information they are legally required to do/give, they inform you what their opinion is on necessity and how that differs from the law itself in the most professional, respectful and informative way, while also fully following the law. This can be one of the hardest decisions and situations that any woman can go through and if you have to go through it I would recommend that you choose this facility to be the one that you go through it with. I don't know where I would be right now if I had not had access to this facility. My grandmother who is 80 also verbalized to me how amazing and important of service like this could be to women and how things were very different when she was younger and was thankful that I was able to have access to this facility as well. The price is something that you may have to prepare for financially but it is not outrageous and it is understandable for the service but also worth it because of the treatment you receive. It is almost fully non-invasive and they provide a direct contact to the nurses so that you may have 24/7 contact for any questions concern or comments before, during and after the process. TLDR; 10 out of 10, as long as you're not past 10 weeks this is the place to go I'm so thankful for them and everything they do. I would recommend them over PP."

"The staff was so kind and caring. They really made me feel confident in my choice, and made sure I wasn’t a bad person for making this decision. The office was clean and bright. They also played calming music which was nice. Dr. Friedman was also very kind. He explained everything that would happen and answered any questions I had. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped with questions I had also. I wouldn’t recommend any other clinic but this one!"
