"DO. NOT. GO. HERE. I came here because she had really good reviews. I was skeptical because I was able to get right on in; but I needed to get in for a reason. I told her my concerns, said she would give me some prescriptions. First, Ms. Deborah Yisa drew my blood. Not a tech/nurse. HER! She use a UV light to find the vein. She couldn’t find one but decided to stick me anyway, WHERE THERE WAS NO VEIN. SHE TRIED FISHING FOR A VEIN WHILE THE NEEDLE WAS STILL IN MY ARM! HOW PAINFUL! So she took the needle out and it POPPED my skin. The pain was unbearable. She said she was going to send me to a lab to get blood drawn. When I got to the lab, she found the vein so effortlessly and I was in and out within 10 mins. I also got a pap! She was SO ROUGH. She kept jamming the instrument inside, she said I was pushing it out like I was having a baby. WHAT? I’m tense because of how rough you’re being. She DROPPED THE INSTRUMENT ON THE FLOOR, PICKED IT UP AND PUT IT BACK IN! I shoulda spoke up! Now my insides are INFLAMED! Literally. Before I left, she sent me off with the lab paperwork, no prescriptions. Nothing. Told me to come back to get my test results in 3 days. No ma’am. Called today to make a complaint to her. She was aggressive when she answered. I told her my complaint and she said she wanted to do a zoom call for my arm. You were there when you popped my skin with the needle. There’s no bruise. There’s internal pain. Just like my insides. She would not let me talk, I told her I’m not doing a zoom call because you know what you did. And now you don’t want to take accountability. I do NOT recommend this place. Why would I lie about something YOU did and know you did."
