"everyone was super sweet, Veronica is very very unprofessional, rude & loud. I came in today for one reason, they ended up charging me for whole bunch of other things.. i asked why, her response is “that’s just what they do”. I even watched her deal with another customer, poor old lady. She demanded she made a payment before she could be seen today. Had everyone in her business. Doesn’t try to keep ur business or the reason your there confidential at all."
"I've been going here off and on for my general every 6 month STD testing, I see the same 2 doctors, and even though the clinic is convenient the communication is terrible, everyone is not on the same page, they bare respond to your My Chart messages, when you call you're left on hold for 10 minu the doctor forgot to put in orders ,which is crazy because thtes. My last visit the doctor forgot to put in orders which is crazy because I see her all the time, and this is routine for me. I think I'm gonna have to find another Clinic to go to ."
