"Do not go here, I will not anymore after going to the spring location shortly after. I don't feel the ladies in the front desk had anything to do with the time I was supposed to be seen. Not even my vitals were checked and they had the clipboard for my room basically my profile and nobody came to me. I'm a pretty patient person and I came here before which is why I came again. But even when I came the 1st time they took not as long but the spring location let's just say I came in at 1:40, got called back immediately after sitting down, took my vitals, seen my nurse, and walked out with a prescription at 2:00pm. It is sad because I'm not the type to even write reviews or bad ones at that. But this location in porter i was hearing people mention coffee brews & whiskey and when your sick and need the attention and haven't even been attended too for over an hour after opening the door and kinda peeking out to grab their attention... I'm sure sick person wants to go through that. Even when I walked out after waiting 15 min after the hour of being there I told the ladies in front it isn't there fault and the lady with the tattoo on her face was shocked to even know I didn't get attended too being I was one of the 1st few when opened at 9am to be there. For me having to drive back home sick and feeling this excruciating pain was quite unacceptable and suggest the spring location if anyone wants better & quick service. Even if the service isn't quick at the spring location the people there are willingly ready to help and you can just see that they want to get you taken care of somehow... Only bad thing about spring versus this porter location is that there is a $60 copay rather than $30 which I mean it matters if you wanna save money, but just read the reviews and choose wisely I just wanted to give my opinion to everyone today because I felt like I was gonna just pass out and for nobody to even check... Like I said you can see for yourself and have luck that day here or avoid it after reading this, but I couldn't hold back after how I felt today with the service they tried to provide to me sadly. I wish the best of luck to this location but I'm never coming back. Might not matter, but hopefully anyone that cares for their health takes the time to see where I'm coming from. Other than thank, THANK YOU SPRING LOCATION FOR HELPING ME MORE THAN I EXPECTED TODAY!!"

"Shoulder issue… was prescribed prednisone and anti-inflammatory medication as well a referral written for a mri. Good first visit. Medication caused me some issues and was directed to stop the prednisone. Called them back today looking for some advice. Lady at desk tells me cortisone shots are 25$ and walk in. I tell her about my previous visit in which she tells me there’s a 14 day checkup where it’s free. Today is the 14th day. I asked if she could waive me a day I’d come tomorrow being later in the day. Front desk places me on hold to come back and say, Brandon we don’t do cortisone shots anymore. Ok so we went from giving me prices telling me to walk in, to now you can’t. Well can you ask what we can do? Back on hold to get Ana the doc who informs me they r here to help people feel better however she can’t prescribe me anything else since I had that already. So we basically use just 1 playcall out the playbook…. Sir we can’t do anything you need to go to a ortho. We can’t give you a shot to mask an issue that makes us liable. Well HELLO that’s what that shot is for. Sad. Even offered to pay the additional sick call fee after the ordeal but she was already mad. Bad business"

"My experience was not very good today. I paid a 170 something dollars for the weight loss clinic this morning. They sent my prescription in wrong twice and the pharmacists sent it back to them. I keep calling in to them asking them to add my dress to the prescription. So I can get it feel. Day informed me. They are saying patients. I was a patient this morning and also and it makes me feel like since I have already paid and I'm not in their face. They're not worried about me. I think someone should make this a priority since they are the one who sent the prescription in wrong twice already. Period very frustrating to say the lease. Use synonym. Please take a second and correct it so I can get what I pay for. I definitely will not be a returning patient. It seems like when you're not in their face anymore and they already have your money. They don't give a c***. Very unhappy."

"Best visit yet. Front desk staff, nurses, and doctors were fantastic. It's such a great feeling to have people care for you well. I don't mind driving a long distance to visit this clinic. I'm glad they accept walk-ins, because usually when I go to the clinic is a must walk-in ;) Some staff are bilingual. Restrooms available. Good space seating at waiting area. But try to come by yourself for better seating. Whole place looked very clean and organized. Office opens at 9am, but I suggest you come early because there will be a line by the time they open the door. My whole visit took about 45 minutes from when I signed in,,so I'm very satisfied with this clinic. Thank you!! Ps. Thank you for the coupons."
