Clinica San Miguel

"I will never be coming back to any of their clinics. I called one first and they informed me that I didn't need an appt and I could just go to that specific place to get an ultrasound first. They told me I don't need an appt and that they do ultrasounds there. I showed up today at 6:40pm and was informed I had to go to a very different location to get a scan. The lady up front called the other clinic for me and they said they will take me but I had to show up before 7:30. I showed up at 7:20 to see if I can get in. Once I showed up and walked in the building the lady and man looked at me stupid and looking at eachother. I felt very unwelcome. The guy starts explaining to me that there's two options and I would have to make a whole different appt. They were both very unhappy with my presence showing up there. I decided to just go some where else. I would like to feel welcome or at least with a better attitude. I would have understand if they couldn't do it but there was a lot of miscommunication between clinics and it's just frustrating. I will not be coming back."

"I am Colorado. I have only been in Houston for a month. I got really sick..I Googled an urgent care facility close to where I live. I went to this clinic and was well taken care of. Everyone was super caring and nice. The medical assistant told me he would take care of me and he did. I had a horrible cough. The doctor really knows his stuff..He gave me a breathing treatment right in the office. They took their time to care for me. They didn't rush me in and out. They were so kind. The lady staff member was also very nice. I appreciate all of them. If you are sick please go to Clinic San Miguel. They really do care."

The doctor that helped me out was very professional and very educated and did everything possible to treat my condition. He gave the the adequate treatment and said i should feel better the next day. And guess what i did. Highly recommend this place if you want high quality care, low wait time, great doctor to patient care, and affordable."
