"If there is less than a one star option, please accept that. On Jan 10 I had an appt with Lamping. Mainly for medication review. Despite calls from the pharmacy, i and the hospital (for the two hospitalizations for not having my medication) I did not receive my medication until today - Jan 22. The lack of professionalism and empathy from this practice is appalling. Two emergency hospitalizations for lack of medication for 12 days is egregious. You think I should send lamping the bill for the hospitalizations ??? Yea, right I too have called for test/lab results only to never hear from them. If you ever receive a response with the name "Rachael" in it, just laugh and call the business office manager (not that it will matter that much). Richard is your best bet. He at least tries. I have been in the medical industry for over 30 years. I have stayed with lamping only due to the pain in the butt it is to change care providers. Good luck if you stay with the practice. if you are elderly - as I am - go to a geriatrition."

"Dr Lamping has been the primary doctor for myself, my daughter and my mother for the last 3 years. She started off great and over a period of time, the communication and service took a serious decline. She recently diagnosed my daughter with a condition and put her on medication. After 3 weeks of taking the medicine, my daughter started experiencing serious side effects. I called the office several times and sent messages through the patient portal in July 2021. Dr Lamping’s nurse kept promising to pass the message to Dr Lamping. Finally after several attempts my daughter had to leave for school the first week of August. My daughter is still suffering from serious stomach pain and hair loss. Until this day, I have never heard back from Dr Lamping or her nurse asking any questions about my daughter’s well being. We now have to get the same issue addressed with a Specialist in another state. Dr and her nurse seriously dropped the ball and my daughter is paying for it during her first year of college."

"I wish I could give a better review as I do like her manner as a doctor in person and on virtual. But I've been a patient for years and there is a problem with refilling monthly medication reliably and in a timely manner. Many times I have to outright bug them daily to get her to send it to the pharmacy. A couple times it was late and I was without medication even though I submitted a refill request early and followed up trying to make sure it was sent before the weekend. She will not write the prescription with refills so I have to do this fight and hassle every month. It really shouldn't take days to a week to send a refill to a pharmacy electronically."

"I wish I could provide a glowing review for Dr. Lamping and her staff however, I can not. I schedule an annual wellness exam and the office scheduled it "virtual" and also coded it such. Unfortunately for me I received a surprise bill from my medical provider who doesn't cover "virtual" visits at 100%. I reached out to Dr. Lamping's office - no response. Reached out a second time to find they were not interested in resubmitting my visit as "preventative". I should have been notified at time of scheduling that virtual visits are billed differently and not covered completely. Dr. Lamping and office staff missed a critical step in the scheduling process. They also missed an opportunity to save me as a future patient. I guess they don't need patient's like me. Why would I ever go back?"

"Dr. Lamping has been a very helpful and wonderful family doctor. She is very knowledgeable about treating asthma and a very patient and caring physician. I had the flu last year and came in with my son. she also treated him for his symptoms instead of insisting on my making an additional appointment for him to be seen. Being so ill I really appreciated her understanding and her willingness to help us!"
