"They started a new app registration, which took a lot of time. I was a returning customer and I had to go through entering information all over again. Did that, which got my apt pushed back by 20 minutes. Then the lady behind the registers tells me to go to room 4. So I do and I walk into a dr. and patient already in that room. My experience has been great before in the same location. The changes they did are probably not the right ones."

"Worst experience ever! I work for the school district and have insurance to be seen at all of these locations I arrived at 5:27pm for frequent chest pains, front desk told me theyll text when it’s my time to come back and be seen..not once did I receive a text I waited 2 and a half hours and seen new people walk in and out. I asked what was the hold up for just for the front desk to tell me I could just schedule an appointment for tomorrow! I’m now leaving @ 7:44 pm and wasn’t seen by ANYONE I’m very disappointed I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give 0 stars I would!"

"I recently went to this urgent care to get my arm checked out, I had reinjured my shoulder, severely hurt my wrist and was in a lot of pain. The N.P. Elizabeth Wilhite was rude and unprofessional. As I would try to explain how I injured my arm and how much pain I was in, I kept getting cut off mid-sentence by the N.P. She did a terrible job at figuring out what was wrong. She had me move my arm and wrist into multiple positions to check for breaks. She was moving way too fast for me to describe how my arm felt in the different positions, and never asked for any details to help understand and correctly fix what was wrong. And when I would try to give more information or tell her where and what hurts, she would cut me off, and downplay my injury. when she finished checking my arm, she said "well, nothings broken, so it's probably just strained. Rest it and take Tylenol or Ibuprofen. And you can wear the sling if it makes you feel better, but you don't need it" I told her Tylenol didn't help at all, the pain would stay the same or get worse. and just before she left the room she said in a very irritated tone "I guess I can give you a prescription for pain medication if you want?" I said yes and she left the room. she was in there for what felt like 3 minutes, but I think it was more like 5 minutes. I do not go to the urgent care, often, I have gone 3 or 4 times in my life. It was a total waste of time. I just wanted to find out what's wrong with my arm, because this is the 3rd time, I've reinjured it and this is the worst it has ever been. She did absolutely nothing to help. I got the pain medication today and didn't notice any difference. She also gave me a paper to give to my boss to let them know I can't lift anything over 20 pounds for one week...I can't even lift my small backpack that weighs a max of 5-10 pounds, without having shooting pain go through my arm. what's worse is when I went to my job to give the paper to my manager, they did a better job than her at trying to find out what's wrong. I am extremely disappointed and upset. I 100% do NOT recommend this urgent care and I will not be returning for any future medical emergencies or issues."

"I was in today for a massive migraine. The level of care today was phenomenal. The location was clean and had a very little wait. My NPC - V.Vo was outstanding and put together a great treatment plan while I was there which significantly decreased my discomfort before I even left. The nurse; Allan, made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. His bedside manner was wonderful and made my unpleasant experience actually, pleasant. Thank you both! Thank you both for doctoring me up."

"Neighbor boy got the mother of all splinters literally through this finger. Of course it happened when parents were out of town and grandma was looking after him. I took him to Next Level and the service was outstanding. Derrick at check in was great and Dr Khalid was a really great doctor. I’d bring my own family here in a heartbeat."
