"Got here at 8:45 and they open at 8:30 it’s been over an hour later and they take forever just to do a simple urine drug test. I let the lady know I had to use the restroom and have another appointment else where. She said she only had one person meanwhile I saw a lot of employees walk in. A drug test is a simple in and out process I’m not sure what exactly it is that they couldn’t let me just use the restroom after letting them I really had to go. Problem is if you use the restroom then wait until they ready and drink more water your place of employment will send you to retake the test because it’s so diluted. They need to learn how to separate the two it’s borderline missed up to have someone hold their urine for that long."

"The Staff was Amazing, from the front desk, Medical Assistant and NP. The MA was so calming and had a Great Attitude. Would definitely go back. The NP was covering, she very Knowledgeable and easy to talk to."

"The receptionist didn’t acknowledge me as I stood in front of her for a few minutes. When she finally did I explained the reason for my visit. I got to the back for my FIT test for N95. I had to take my own. I did the test which was fine. The person who did my test gave me a card if my N95 on which she wrote size regular. I told her my size is not regular. She then told me that it’s one size fit all. I proceeded to educate her that there are different sizes of N95 and that my size was 1860S as indicated on my mask. If the mask was one size for all there would not be a need for a FIT test. I told her that I had been FIT tested multiple times in the past and know my size and my size had not changed over the years. My problem is that your facility have individuals doing a test that they don’t understand the reason for a properly fitted N95. N95 protects the health care professional against communicable diseases spread by respiratory droplets such as tuberculosis and SARS COVID 2. An ill fitting mask exposed the health care provide to respiratory viruses. Your facility needs to train and educated your employees better."

"The Nova Center on S Main is great. I arrived early for my DOT Physical (Medical Card) and was promptly welcomed and assisted. They were having technical issues but the staff was great about communicating that information and giving us enough information to make an informed decision about what we needed to do to get our services completed. Despite the issues at hand, they worked quickly and efficiently, and maintained positive attitudes. In no time at all, I was served and on my way. I’d definitely return here in the future."
