Dr. Candice comes from a long line of family doctor he Dad, Dr. Martin is a legend in his own time . Dr, Candice DeMattia has been my PCP Doctor since 2010. Her an her staff, are experts in family medical and medicine they are upto date with knowledge and training and technology. This is a fast pace office, but it still has that home town feeling. The Village Medical staff is the best in town. Your made to feel like you are just apart of the family here in Tomball. I am so grateful for Dr. Candice DeMattia has always aware of her patients needs an she is never to busy to stop an listen to your concerns about what's going on with your medical history. This office has done an excellent job they meet you with warm welcomes and bright shinning smile's. Friendliest office in Town. I highly recommend Dr. Candice DeMattia and her outstanding staff. You won't find a better team of Doctors, nurse's and office staff. There's someone in place to meet all your needs I give this Amazing Team!! 5 STAR RATING!! "After coming in 3 times last year only to find out I needed to reschedule my appointment. Last month it took me 8 days to get a refill on my blood pressure medicine and now waiting in the office for an hour and fifteen minutes past my appointment time. I've been coming here for 4 years and have yet to meet Candice Demattia."

"My first experience with this Dr.'s office was very nice, the NP was very friendly. I uploaded a referral request for my dentist as I have a rare disease. They said they did not receive it. I scheduled a second appt. uploaded the referral again to their new portal, told once again they did not receive it and would not sign off on it as I had not scheduled an appt to have it signed. Third appt...finally signed off on referral took MONTHS. Scheduled another appt. for my well check, only to be called weeks later telling me they no longer except my insurance. I have been waiting for a well check for 5 months! During my last appt. I was referred by this office to a specialty Dr. today I went to my appt. today...they don't accept my ins. I was also told I could make a Dr. appt with the "actual" Dr. 6 months out on my first visit so I chose to just see the NP. This office is very unorganized. Very frustrated with their lack of attention. I highly do NOT recommend this location. (Required to place at least one star on this review)"

"I really liked Dr. Candace but the staff was unworkable. I was consistently trying to get my meds managed via their portal and phone systems. Once I went 10 days and had to call in crying to get someone to help me get a maintenance mental health and autoimmune med refilled. They were impossible to work with. If you have a med with insurance clearance it is $25 to get that done but the first time I tried to get it accomplished it took 3 months between their staff and the insurance company. Not worth it and they need an operations analyst to figure out how to make the system work."

"Definitely recommend Dr Candice Demattia specifically not a PA (sorry) but her alone. She has taken exceptionally great care of my mom and takes her time to listen to my mother, help her out with ANY issues or questions my mother has and is a great loving caring and compassionate doc. Would recommend her and am truly grateful to her for helping my mom no matter how long the visit may take ❤"
