"I visited because my right ear was "plugged up" and had been for 2 weeks, and I was deaf in that ear from what I thought was water. The check in process is very easy. The waiting room is comfortable and the front desk staff is extremely friendly & professional. My provider was Beverly, and my med tech was Tiffany. Both were great!! Kind, patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. They literally spent hours working to resolve my issue, and they did. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. I left this facility able to hear again and with prescription antibiotics. I have a new respect for Urgent Care, and if my husband or I ever need quick medical attention in the future, we will definitely be coming here. Thank you all."

"So thankful for Next Level Urgent Care, my son woke up today with a painful throat along with other symptoms. Being that it was a Sunday I dreaded what our other options were to get him relief quickly. This location and staff came highly recommended by my mother who worked in the medical field, so I know she knows a good place. From start to finish today they were quick, and thorough, they heard all my questions and concerns. We called to make an appointment today, but they were also taking walk-ins. The staff all greeted us as soon as we walked in and even took my son and I in the room before I was done filling out the new patient form! Honestly it was probably way less painful than even going to a primary care provider during a weekday! Even though my sick son brought me to the clinic today I’m so thankful we went here and had such a positive experience! Even when we walked out everyone said goodbye and wished him well! Would give more than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ so thankful for them today!! Also just to add I’m sorry I don’t know any of the other staff members, they introduced themselves! Today we saw PA Freeland and she was incredible with wonderful bedside manner’s! ❤️"

"Urgent care facilities are useful when you need medical attention quickly and don’t have time to make an appointment. Not all urgent care facilities are as efficient and successful as others but one that has always come through for me is Next Level Urgent Care on Kingsland Blvd in Katy. I have been visiting this Urgent Care for many years and it continues to improve. The facility is on one of the main roads in Katy, so it is easy to find and has a large parking lot. The inside is comfortable and looks nice, with excellent seating. They check you in quickly and call you back in reasonable time, provided they are not overflowing with patients. Most importantly, Next Level takes care of you, answers questions, and resolves problems so that you can get on with your day. My most recent visit is a perfect case in point. I had gone to a different urgent care the previous day and they were unable to solve my problem, which was excessive earwax that needed to be flushed out of both ears. The other place was lacking in materials and didn’t even proceed the way they should have, which left me perplexed, and dissatisfied. Next Level, in contrast, knew exactly what to do. In less than an hour, my problem was resolved and I was able to enjoy the rest of my day. Urgent care facilities are commonplace in most cities and they serve an important purpose. But not all urgent cares are created equally. Next Level in Katy truly lives up to its name and it’s an urgent care to which I will continue to visit whenever health issues arise."
