"The worst customer service, and the worst doctors I’ve ever went to my wife, had to go to a specialist to figure out that her thyroid was dead, and that she almost had a stroke but they never called us back with the results of her bloodwork. Thank goodness that my wife had a doctors appointment two days later And they said that we are glad that we did not go to the hospital and have a stroke So, if y’all can, please do not use this doctors office is the worst one In Alvin"

"They are my mom's PCP and they are ridiculous!! My mom has diabetes and a cancer sore on her nose and they take a month to find a surgeon? Hate to say it but somebody's got to do something! I HAVE 3 WORDS... PAIN AND SUFFERING!!! Funny they don't respond to bad reviews!"

"My family have been going to this doctor's office for years now. But now we have been informed that if we are not vaccinated we will no longer be seen. Told blood work can be performed but that is pretty much it. We will be finding another family doctor."

"Dr. DeWitt has been my doctor for about 8 years or so! Don't get me wrong the staff aren't always perfect but let's face it who is right?I would like to explain why there are long waits for Dr. DeWitt lot though, he also does hospital rounds and let me tell you if you are in the hospital you WANT him as your Doctor he will fight for you and do whatever he has to do to take care of you or your loved ones. My mother also sees him and he had to go out of town for something well she went into the hospital he sent a dr to help my mom she didn't like him and she was going to leave the hospital against medical advice but it just so happen Dr. DeWitt can back late that night and his car was giving him problems he Ubered to the hospital at midnight to see my mom and put her at ease. So the moral of my review here is what's a little wait time if you have a great dr who cares about his patients!! And also you can call before you get there and ask if he is on time and the staff will tell you yes on schedule or no he is 2 hours behind!! So the wait gets blown out of the water now too!!"

"I've been going to the Dewitt clinic for some years now and mainly see Dr. Herring. She's absolutely amazing. She takes her time with you, let's you ask questions and explains things to you if you don't understand something. She's never in a hurried rush like most doctors, which is why sometimes there may be a wait, just be patient! You don't get this kind of care in most places."
