"The clinical staff is great and efficient, however, the flat fee policy they have in place to be seen is absolutely ridiculous. "You can't be seen if you can't pay it." I will be taking the issue directly to the insurance company as I'm sure the "flat fee" they charge upfront for being an in network provider goes against their contract with my insurance company. In addition, I have met my deductible for the year. Totally unacceptable."
