I went there to check my shoulder that was bruised cuz of a back fall while playing. The staff is the best so far, doc took time to ask questions and the X-ray tech was understanding & gentle. "These nurses and doctors actually care about what’s going on with you and they will do everything they possibly can for you. I’ve been to other urgent cares and they just like to slap a bandaid on you and call it a day, not here! They will give you the exact care you need and I’ve had them even call to check in on me. They are all so sweet and wait times aren’t bad at all."
"My husband and I went in for severe sore throat and fever. We did our paperwork online. When we walk in the front staff greeted us immediately. They were very nice and friendly. The office is clean. We didn’t have to wait long at all which was excellent! The doctor and nurses was very professional and answers all of our questions. I can not say enough great thing about this place. I will continue coming here for my care. I highly recommended this Excel Urgent Care to anyone."
