"horrible service honestly, the staff were horrible and didnt help with anything. They were all just rude and didnt do their job properly. The waiting was crazy too and the people rating this 5 stars probably were forced to rate it 5 stars. This is an honest review, this place is horrible do not bring your child/yourself here. Its not a good place and I hated my time there. They didnt help with my depression at all. This place is awful. Dont go here."

"This place was horrid. I went here for depression and other issues and it didn't even remotely help. They dont even try to make your experience any better, and the waiting time is insane. I got yelled at by the group therapist multiple times and hated my time there. If you need help, DO NOT take your child here."

"My little one was here for a long term treatment. He really loved the staff. They seems very caring. After class my son actually talked about tools he learned while he was there and tried applying them. They were also helpful in resources afterwards"

"If you want help for your troubled teen, this is NOT the place to go. My family has had a very rough year and my son reached out to me for help. I took him to this facility and they made us wait in the waiting area for an hour (our appointment was at 3pm, we weren't seen until 4pm) and then proceeded with an hour long appointment. My son was honest and open with the woman we sat with for his assessment. I can't remember her name (and for her sake it's probably good I don't) but all I know is she was a woman of color. I was with him for the whole assessment and heard every word he said. I was quiet, and only spoke when spoken to because I was there for HIM. After her recommendation for treatment I let her know we were uninsured and need some help. After that I felt immediate judgement. I was given a list of places I can call that may be more affordable and we were sent on our way. Not once was I offered any financial counseling for their program although it does state that they offer financial assistance. My son and I both decided together that their program is not a good fit right now and we would proceed elsewhere for care. Two days later CPS shows up at my sons school and at my house. She reported us for abuse and neglect because I did not enroll my child in their outrageous program and decided to go elsewhere. Keep in mind there is no abuse in our home and she dang well knows that and she even noted my son is NOT ACTIVELY SUICIDAL. She twisted his words in her report, and even my son was looking confused when CPS was reading it out loud (fyi, my son just needs someone safe to speak with while he sorts out his emotional struggles.) Now we have a CPS case on our hands, forcing us to take him to a walk in clinic, rip him out of his school finals, and where I have to take time off of work while my family is already struggling financially in order to meet CPS needs. My son no longer trusts therapists and feels unsafe speaking to one and I have to FORCE him to go now. This has harmed my family and my son .... when we went there for HELP. SHE DID THE OPPOSITE. You, ma'am, are a monster. You have caused harm to my family both emotionally and financially. What a horrible way to treat people seeking help."
