"My son is 6-weeks old and having difficulty breathing. He is being denied medical attention because they couldn’t verify his medical benefits which are still being processed. They could have seen my son and billed me after or billed his insurance after."

"I really wish I was here for a positive review but do to malicious behavior from Dr. Saffari. He adding a note to my file to get my life insurance denied was very disappointing. I explained to Dr. Saffari what was happening he did not care as a primary care physician I would thing that you would be more honest and have integrity. But instead he purposely wrote negative notes to make sure I didn’t get it. I brought it to his attention he didn’t care. Stay away from him he will manipulate your records."

"The front office was professional and helpful in any question that I had. Dr. Eric Blacher was a caring professional that wanted to get to know me and spend a good amount of time asking the right questions. You can tell Dr. Blacher loves what he does. I am looking forward to future visits. I’m not just a number but they treated me as an individual. They showed they cared."

"I wish I could give this place zero stars. Please stay away from the pediatrician at this location. I wish I would have read the reviews and took them seriously. It you value the health of your children this doctor is not the doctor your kids should go to. It's hard finding a good pediatrician. The only good reviews you will see from this doctor is yearly checkups or physicals something that does not require anything more than just an office visit. In my experience if your child gets sick where there is something underlying where she has go the extra step she will not you will have to advocate. Being a black women with black children I was unheard and disregarded. This doctor lacks integrity if you value your kid's health find a new doctor and DO NOT COME HERE."

"I was a patient here for a little less than a month. My experience here was not a positive one. I seen Dr. Eric Blacher and my very first appointment he seemed as if he had good bedside manners and everything quickly changed over the next few weeks. I went into this office with a number of medical concerns and he ordered many test. The communication is horrible! They run test and never follow up with you but wait two weeks later to ask you to come in to discuss, I’m guess this it to charge your insurance. I find communication very critical when you are dealing with all patients but especially NEW patients. I received a message between the doctor and his assistant Kimberly talking amongst themselves on how he doesn’t feel comfortable treating me. I can’t help but think race played a major role in this situation. The healthcare system as we all know doesn’t take black African American women seriously and we are looked down on as if our medical issues doesn’t exist. I was very offended and when I confronted the doctor and his assistant I received a message not a phone call stating this is a general message that is sent out. No follow up on the many test I did, if the words were misinterpreted no phone call to clear anything up. It saddens me that most of the women that work in the office are black! Which lets me know you are good enough to work there but not good enough to be treated there! I’ve seen several reviews regarding this doctor but still gave this office a chance. Please find another office! Someone who listens to your concerns and is genuinely interested in improving your health! I have reached out to the medical board of Texas so my complaint does not stop here!"
