"I try to make my weekly payment and when I call its always customer service never the actual office that I go to. Last time I ended up paying more than $500 because it accumulates (instead of $183 weekly) because I can never get a call back. Also doctor get back to me within 2 days for any concern or question I have.. I feel extremely irritated at this point. It's also too late for me to change doctor I'm almost 6 months into my Pregnancy."

"The doctor our twins saw was amazing! She talked to them, interacted with them and engaged with them. She asked lots of questions and was very helpful when we had questions. Wasn’t in love with front desk staff and they used a spiral notebook to take vitals. I will still return just because of the doctor though!"

So when I saw they also had pediatrics, I knew I was bringing my baby to the clinic as well and it was the best decision I made. As a young mom, I am so grateful to always feel comfortable asking questions, he is so helpful answering and explaining information to me about my sweet girl, and always asking me if I have support/ feel okay at home. "Please don’t waste your time. As an OB, this clinic is great but definitely not for pediatrics. Their staff is only OB trained so they did not know how to take vital signs for kids/babies. They never knew how to measure my baby and we ended up doing our own vital signs for them each time. The doctor always said everything was normal when it was not according to our new amazing doctor. They never had shots available. It has been 4 weeks since my baby needed to get shots with them and they haven’t even called us. Thank God we changed providers to an amazing new pediatrician. She got her shots right away and the staff is amazing with the new pediatrician we changed to. Pristine also does not take direct calls, they send you to a call scented in like the middle of Asia because no one speaks English. Leaving this office was the best decision for the health of my kids."
