"Outstanding from Dr Doty and staff. ALL were well prepared for my call obviously considered my history and made suggestions. I was particularly impressed with the offer to step up and assist with our primary doctors and communications with them if required. Sure helps being so close when my multiple ailments might not fit into primary schedules."

"If you choose to go to this place, please be careful with their billing practice. I visited this location for the first time in August of 2023 for an annual checkup and allergy issues. I was seen by a NP for about 10 minutes. After the visit, I received the bill for services that included depression screening (which I did not receive but was covered by my insurance) and an "Advanced Care Plan up to 30 Min" which supposedly included discussion about life style and diet. I did not receive nor did I consent to any services other than a routine checkup. I went to the clinic in person and they asked me to contact their billing department which I did. After multiple emails with their billing department, I thought the issue was resolved. But till this day, I am still receiving bills for the serviced I did not receive. I have even received phone calls from a collection agency. I am not sure if they got m mixed up with another patient or just keep on sending me bills hoping that I would just pay for it. This is by far the worst experience I had dealing with a healthcare provider."
