"Dr Basilio is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Marilyn Guist, the helper, will be rude and do everything she can to block you from getting to her. I only come here because it’s close to me but every time I do, I wonder how Ms. Guist is still employed."

"I checked in and had zero wait time. The lady who took vitals was the sweetest and PA Osborn was quick and efficient. She is very informative and kind. Also her shoes were really cute!"

"Refused Care! Upon scheduling I scanned my insurance card which is a dual plan Medicare & Medicaid & it was accepted. I came in for a minor allergic reaction seeking advice on care. I came in on a Sunday because my Primary Dr. is closed on weekends. When called in the Nurse Practitioner didn’t introduce herself at all. She asked my I.D & insurance & reason for the visit. I gave her my info & as soon as she saw my insurance she started shaking her head no & immediately got on the phone talking to whoever. She said “I have a patient that claims she has both Medicare & Medicaid” as if I was lying to her when it clearly states it at the top of my insurance card. She continues on the phone saying “Right!, I’m going to tell her to see her Primary Dr. I’m not going to risk it” . I told her I’ve been to CVS MinuteClinic before with my current insurance & was seen & she says our system has changed. If my primary was opened I would’ve been at their office. She didn’t offer to ask if I still wanted care by doing self pay either. I just grabbed my cards & left. So in the time of scheduling the initial appointment Sunday at 9:41am to 3:20pm the system has changed? I did call my insurance & they were actually shocked that I was refused care, stating that’s the whole purpose of a MinuteClinic. I have never encountered being refused for treatment. This was actually so horrible & extremely unprofessional. Zero out 5 stars!"

"I visited the minute clinic 3 days ago to get urgent care and it was great experience. The practitioner (Basilio, Lennie Lynn) was really helpful, she tested all test and also explained the cause of symptoms very well, provided all details with medication and as per guidance now m feeling great. The practitioner also called me next day to check that how I was feeling? It's really great experience would definitely recommend everyone."

"Unbelievable! I called and made an appointment for my daughter after confirming they had Men B vaccines. We showed up early per instruction. Signed in on the kiosks and waited nearly 45 min after our appointed time. One of the nurses came out and a called my daughter and another person's name. I said my daughter is here and before I could tell her the other person had been waiting longer, she rudely cut me off saying we didn't check in and that now they were double booked. I told her we did check in! It's not my fault they don't have their act together. Then to make it worse they took us back and the nurse said bc my daughter is 18 I had to leave. I was fine with that but told her I wanted to confirm she was getting the Men B vaccine. She pulls out the WRONG vaccine and shows me saying that's all they had AFTER I was told on the phone, they had it. If I would have left she would have given my daughter, the wrong vaccine!! I told her it wasn't going to work for school requirement, and she literally said goodbye! I will NEVER visit a minute clinic again. This was completely unprofessional."
